1. What Is GrandLine Vault?

GrandLine Vault is a physical One Piece Trading Card Game pack-opening service. When you spend credits to open a booster pack, you are purchasing an entry into a randomized card draw from real One Piece TCG product. You may then choose to:

• Keep your cards digitally in your virtual collection
• Sell cards for credits to use toward more pack openings
• Claim physical delivery — receive the actual physical card(s) shipped to your address for a shipping fee

2. Virtual Credits vs. Physical Cards

Credits (our in-platform currency) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits can only be used within GrandLine Vault to open virtual booster packs.

Physical cards are real One Piece TCG cards that exist in our inventory. When you pull a card digitally, that card is reserved in our inventory for you. You may:

• Hold it in your digital collection indefinitely
• Sell it back for credits (the card is returned to our pool)
• Request physical shipment by paying the applicable shipping fee — the physical card will be mailed to you and removed from your digital collection

Note: Physical card availability is subject to inventory. In the event a pulled card cannot be fulfilled physically, we will provide a replacement card of equal or greater rarity or a full refund of the credits spent on that pull.

3. Age Requirement — 18+

You must be at least 18 years of age to use GrandLine Vault and make any purchases. By using this platform, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify age and terminate accounts that do not comply.

4. Pull Rate & Probability Disclosure

GrandLine Vault uses a weighted random system to determine card results. Important facts:

• Current odds are displayed on the main page in the "Rarity Odds" table
• No specific card is guaranteed on any pull unless explicitly stated
• Each pull is independent — past results do not affect future outcomes
• Odds may be updated; always check current rates before purchasing credits

5. Physical Card Shipping

When you request physical delivery of your cards:

• You pay only the applicable shipping fee (Standard, Express, or International)
• Cards are removed from your digital collection once shipped
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been shipped
• Delivery times after shipment are estimates and may vary; we are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address — we cannot re-ship to a corrected address without an additional shipping fee
• Lost or damaged shipments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; we will work to make it right
• You will receive an email with your USPS tracking number the moment your order ships

6. Credit Purchases & Refund Policy

• Credits spent on pack openings are non-refundable.
• Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if no packs have been opened. Contact support.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• All credit purchases are processed securely via Stripe.

7. Responsible Use

GrandLine Vault involves randomized outcomes. We encourage responsible use:

• Only spend what you can afford
• Set personal spending limits before purchasing
• Take breaks and remember this is an entertainment service

8. Intellectual Property

One Piece™ and all related characters and imagery are trademarks of Eiichiro Oda / Shueisha / Toei Animation. The One Piece Card Game is published by Bandai Namco. GrandLine Vault is not affiliated with or endorsed by these parties. We are an independent secondary market service.

9. User Accounts

• One account per person
• You must provide accurate information including phone number for verification
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (including referral credits) is prohibited

10. Referral Program

When a friend you refer makes their first purchase, you receive 500 bonus credits. Referral credits have no cash value. Abuse of the referral system (self-referral, fake accounts) results in immediate account termination. We reserve the right to modify or end the referral program at any time.

11. Prohibited Conduct

• Use by anyone under 18
• Chargebacks for legitimately consumed credits or services
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the pull system
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Providing false shipping addresses
• Any form of fraud or deceptive conduct

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraud, payment disputes, or abuse. Upon termination, remaining credits and unshipped digital cards are forfeited without compensation. Already-paid shipping orders will still be fulfilled.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrandLine Vault and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform.
